Frantoio San Martino has selected the best Taggiasca olives harvested by hand just like in the past, and then stored them in simple brine prepared with the family recipe for several months before being consumed: only water, salt and aromatic herbs, to keep all the natural characteristics of a fruit that does not need presentations or additions.
