The true taste of Liguria enclosed in handy jars to keep always at hand in the kitchen: these pitted Taggiasca olives in extra virgin olive oil are a delicacy by the San Martino Mill. We have selected the best Taggiasca olives from our olive groves – where they are grown with care and passion and harvested by manual beating, as the ancient tradition of Imperia wants – we have pitted them and then immersed them in an embrace of precious extra virgin olive oil: each jar combines the deliciousness of the olive pulp and the soft and delicate taste of our special fine olive oil. The pitted Taggiasca olives produced by the San Martino Mill contain the aroma, the history and the tradition of the authentic olives from Imperia and are available in the double format of 180 gr and 300 gr.
