Walnut Sauce is a typical Ligurian regional condiment made with walnuts and cream: this velvety sauce is generally accompanied by certain varieties of traditional Ligurian pasta, especially stuffed ones; e.g. the traditional pansoti with walnut sauce, a much-loved regional first course. We personally produce the Walnut Sauce for sale online, on our e-shop on site in Dolcedo, Imperia, with genuine ingredients coming from our terrains.
FEATURES
Weight: 180 gr glass jar
Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil, walnuts, cashews, whey, rice flour, salt, corn starch, wine vinegar, garlic, aged cheeses, and Parmigiano Reggiano (milk, salt, rennet), marjoram, acidity regulators: citric acid, lactic acid.
Serving suggestions: Excellent addition to first courses, our Walnut Sauce is perfect with stuffed pasta, especially Ligurian varieties: it is traditionally served with the typical pansoti.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from sources of heat. Once opened, cover with oil and refrigerate.
