FEATURES
Weight: 180 gr glass jar
Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil, cashews, basil, cheese (milk, salt, rennet, lysozyme from egg protein), pine nuts, pecorino (milk, salt, rennet), salt, garlic, acidifier: ascorbic acid, preservative: potassium sorbate. May contain traces of other nuts.
Serving suggestions: our Genoese Pesto sauce is the perfect addition to your pasta dishes, especially those with typical Ligurian pasta varieties such as trofie, testaroli, trenette. Great to add to vegetable soups, it is so good that it can also be enjoyed on pizzas and bruschetta.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources. Once opened, cover with oil and keep refrigerated.
