An indigenous grape of the extreme western region, Rossese di Dolceacqua is cultivated in our vineyards at altitudes not less than 250 meters above sea level, with a southwest exposure on rocky soils. Rossese Doc Riviera Ligure di Ponente from Frantoio San Martino reveals itself with wonderful floral and spicy aromas.
Hand-picked grapes in the first half of September are destemmed and crushed, then vinified in contact with the skins in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Maturation for 6 months in steel and further refinement for 3 months in the bottle. It expresses its best within the first 5 years from the harvest.
