The Anchovy Fillets in Extra Virgin Olive Oil by Frantoio San Martino combine the genuineness of the fresh bluefish from the Ligurian Sea with the unique taste of the fine extra virgin olive oil produced in our mill in Dolcedo, Imperia: we selected the best fillets from local anchovies and we enclosed them in handy recyclable glass jars to always enjoy them as freshly caught. Like all of our products, they are the result of care and passion for the recovery of traditional Ligurian production.

Ingredients: Anchovies (Engraulis Encrasicholus), extra virgin olive oil, salt.
Serving suggestions: Perfect to be enjoyed on bread, our anchovies are an excellent addition to first courses and salads.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from sources of heat. Once opened, cover with oil and refrigerate.
